NEO is proficient in completing ISO Benchmarking Analysis requirements. With CEII access to the entire ISO-NE PSS/E modeled network, NEO has successfully completed numerous submissions. The output data from both the PSS/E and PSCAD models are put on top of each other to confirm model viability.
